Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project coordination and management, including scheduling and tracking progress
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of project information
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, manage calendars, and transcribe meeting minutes
- Assist with procurement of materials and equipment as needed
- Conduct research and gather information for project planning and decisionmaking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Construction Management, Estimating and Billing Software is a plus

From $15.00 per hour
