Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with project coordination and management, including scheduling and tracking progress
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of project information
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, manage calendars, and transcribe meeting minutes
  • Assist with procurement of materials and equipment as needed
  • Conduct research and gather information for project planning and decisionmaking
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Construction Management, Estimating and Billing Software is a plus

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
