Hollywood Production Center, a leading office space brand in California, has been a successful, trusted, and loved workspace for entertainment and other working creatives since 2001.

With multiple offices in Glendale, Hollywood, and recently Burbank, HPC continues serving diverse industries, including entertainment, tech, and law.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer phones, serve as the point of contact for tenant moveins, order supplies, conduct building walkthroughs, and greet tenants and their guests
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with social media strategy execution
  • Coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Perform any other tasks as requested by the manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous office environment experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Internet use
  • Strong writing skills
  • Professional phone demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and think ahead
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a teamoriented mentality
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required role may involve walking or standing for extended periods, especially during events or property walkthroughs.

Joining our team as a Front Desk Agent offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued and further developed.


Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
