Tustin House LLC is looking for a dedicated Care Pro to join our team and become a weekend hero for our amazing residents


Here at Tustin House, we provide exceptional care and create a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. We're seeking a compassionate individual who thrives in a team setting and is dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors.

The Weekend Warrior:

Schedule: Conquer your weekends and enjoy weekdays off with our
Saturday & Sunday shift (12 hours each, totaling 48 hours per pay period).

Be the Superhero: You'll be a champion for our residents, assisting them with daily living activities like dressing, bathing, and maintaining a comfortable environment.

Mealtime Magician: Make mealtimes delightful You'll help prepare and serve food, ensuring residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience, and keep things clean afterwards.

Light Housekeeping Crew: Keeping things organized and fresh is essential You'll lend a hand with laundry, light housekeeping tasks, and maintaining resident areas.

Medication Management Marvel (with support): Working collaboratively with our licensed nurses, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive their medications safely and on time.

Communication Champion: We value excellent communication and a positive attitude You'll interact with residents, families, and fellow team members to ensure everyone is informed and connected.

Observant Eyes: Keeping a watchful eye on resident well-being is important. You'll report any changes in health or behavior to the team, allowing for prompt attention.


Qualities of a Weekend Hero:

Experience Makes a Difference: Prior experience as a Care Pro or similar role, especially on weekends, is a plus

Brains & Heart: A high school diploma or equivalent (we value both book smarts and compassion).

Superhuman Strength (Not Really): The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is helpful.

Passion for Senior Care: You have a genuine desire to care for others and create a positive and uplifting environment.

Reliable Transportation: Having your own vehicle or reliable transportation is essential for weekend shifts.

Clean Background & Drug Screening: We ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Be a Lifesaver (or Get Trained): A CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, but we can provide training if needed.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
