To strengthen our teams at the Bochum location, we are looking for a

Personnel Officer (m/f/d) on a temporary basis as maternity leave cover (full-time or part-time)

Your tasks:

  • You support the team in operational personnel work, accompanying all personnel-related processes from entry to exit
  • You act as a contact person for employees in remuneration-related, wage tax and social security law issues
  • You ensure reporting, certification and reporting
  • Correspondence with authorities, insurance companies and health insurance funds is easy for you
  • You process all matters along the automated time recording and manage master data and personnel files
