    What does a Machine Operator do at Swire Coca-Cola?

    In this position, you will a play a vital role as part of our Production Team, ensuring that we produce quality product in a safe and efficient manner.

    You will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment, replenishing necessary materials and confirming the quality of our product throughout the production process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift.
    • Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce.
    • Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production.
    • Determine and report malfunctions, safety hazards and product defects to supervisor or manager.
    • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
    • Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds
    Base pay range is $18.53 to $28.50 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

    Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus up to 2 floating holidays; Vacation of 40 hours available next calendar year; Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty
