We are currently seeking a Machine Operator/Springer (m/f/d) (Ref to join our production team at our Erlands Point, WA location.

At Fendt, you will be working for a premium provider and innovator in the agricultural industry. Our products are known for their reliability and durability, even under tough conditions.

As a member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality standards of Fendt products.

What you can expect

  • Flexible operation of machines, controls, and tools in the work area
  • Independent execution of setup work in the work area
  • Modification of NC programs after consultation with the supervisor
  • Completion of selfinspection
  • Processing according to production and inspection plans
  • Performance of maintenance and minor repairs on machines and fixtures
  • Input of required data/information in the MDE/BDE system (production quantities, machine condition, scrap)

What you bring

  • Completed training as a metalworker or equivalent qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Knowledge of programming

Additional qualifications

  • Indepth knowledge of Lean Management methods
  • Willingness to work in shifts and supervise shifts
  • Selfinitiative and responsibility
