Location:
Cloppenburg

Working hours: 15-35 hours per week

We are looking for
YOU as a support worker (m/f/d) within the framework of personal assistance for individual care of individuals with autism in the district of Cloppenburg, starting as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis.



Your responsibilities:


  • You will provide individual care for people with autism
  • You will promote the wellbeing of the affected individuals
  • You will provide structure, motivation, and appreciation.

Your qualifications:


  • Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
  • Enjoyment of working with individuals with disabilities
  • Empathy
  • Organized, careful, and independent work style
  • Experience in caring for individuals with autism is desirable but not required.
