Your Responsibilities
- You will coordinate and support project planning, events, and conferences.
- Monitoring and invoicing of projects, events, and conferences are also part of your responsibilities.
- You will assist in creating media and professional information for programs.
- You will be responsible for creating committee templates, media presentations, and minutes.
- You will coordinate and organize scheduling and travel activities. General administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, are also within your scope of responsibilities.
- Traveling for events is also part of your duties.
