The group's project pipeline currently amounts to more than 19 gigawatts in all its markets. Through its operating management company UKB, it also takes over the operation of wind and PV parks. Let's work together to successfully implement the energy transition. For this purpose, we are looking for a team assistant for renewable energy (m/f/d) for our location in Magdeburg. Your contribution to the energy transition Do you want to support the project team at the Magdeburg location administratively and project-related and free up the backs of your team colleagues? Are you highly motivated to take on the following tasks? You work on contract management and reporting You support in compiling project and application documents You maintain files and manage project documentation and general file management You independently create letters with legal explanatory value, spreadsheets and presentations You monitor deadlines and dates You take on general office organization tasks such as telephone service, appointment scheduling, and preparation of meetings In addition to your energy, you bring with you You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable degree You are proficient in common MS Office applications You have a quick grasp, think across departments, and have a high level of commitment and resilience You are an organizational talent, communicative, and a team player
