Description

Numa is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work in our manufacturing facility in the northeast corner of Connecticut.


Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the executive/sales teams and assist in managing customer accounts.

This role requires strong organizational/communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Greet visitors and answer/direct phone calls:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including pricing requests, delivery estimates, and document preparation:


  • Manage customer accounts, including creating/processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or discrepancies:

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products:


  • Assist with processing and status of warranty claims, returns, and product evaluations:
-
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns:


  • Organize trade show registrations, travel accommodations, booth supplies and services, and shipping logistics:

Maintain accurate records of meetings, sales activities, and customer interactions

Requirements:

Proven 3+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role:


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint):

Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Infor Visual preferred):


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal:
-
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively:


  • Comfortable with general math computations, including calculating discounts and markups:
-
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team:


  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

This is a full-time position.
