Your responsibilities
- Each workday starts with a team meeting where information is exchanged and daily goals are discussed
- On the sales floor, you proactively greet customers and answer their questions
- You provide customers with advice on things like the fit of jeans, styling tips, and size options
- Using our service tools (e.g. QR codes), you help customers find what they are looking for, both online and instore
- You are familiar with our online and offline promotions
- Together with the visual merchandisers, you ensure that C&A is a place where people are inspired by our fashion and can easily find what they are looking for
- Of course, you also ensure a smooth operation in the store, work at the cash register, help with pricing, and ensure a smooth experience in the fitting rooms
