Your responsibilities:

Recording and processing data
Written processing of complaints (logistics industry)
Requesting missing documents from customers
Reviewing damage claims based on images and reports

What we expect:

You are willing to work 2540 hours per week
You have gained initial work experience in an office setting
You have a strong command of German spelling and grammar and have good communication skills
You are known for your careful, focused, and accurate work style
You also have good English and MS Office skills
