Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various equipment and systems. Your expertise will ensure that our products are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of our customers.

• Responsibilities:

Maintain tools in optimal operating condition.

• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Perform minor engineering changes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing tools
• Assist Supervisor in training associates in the proper care and use of tools.
• Assure poper inventory levels of requirered replacement parts for all tools
• Follow all prescribed internal tooling procedures
• Assist Process Engineers, and Plant Engineers in implementing process improveent changes.
• Paticipate in corresponding root cause analysis and correcive actions.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in work area.
• Participate in team problem solving activities.
• Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
• Responsible for following all USF policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Skills:

• Certification or degree in a related field (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical Engineering)
• Experience working with specific types of equipment or systems (please specify)

Note:
This is a paid position. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
