Who we are

ROM Technik is an expert in the entire spectrum of building technology (TGA). This technology is essential for making buildings habitable and usable, and includes the supply of energy, electricity, water, and air. Our team of over 2,000 highly qualified employees are specialists in planning, implementing, and operating all aspects of building technology.

Starting on August 1, 2024, we are offering a 3.5-year apprenticeship at our location in Leipzig.

What you will learn with us

Through theory and practical training, you will learn how to plan, install, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems.
You will gain a clear understanding of the complex interplay between individual components, including electronic and electrical components, and how they function.
When working with clients, you will ensure a comfortable climate by learning about the requirements for our systems and calculating the necessary cooling capacity for specific rooms.

What you bring to the table

You have at least a good secondary school leaving certificate with a strong foundation in math, physics, and chemistry.
