    Job Summary:The Physician Practice EMR Team Leader is a non-exempt employee responsible for providing supervisory leadership and expertise to the EMR support staff.

    He/she responsible for the daily operation and functions of the EMR support team, coordinating activities necessary to meet the needs of patients, providers and staff.

    Qualifications Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant preferred; or other IT healthcare experience preferred Degree in health informatics / business or 5 years comparable working experience preferred Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, power-point) Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records system Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and time management skills.
