We are a financial services provider with a focus on stock market and trading. Since 2010, we have been helping primarily individuals to invest professionally in the stock market.

We offer private individuals stock market and trading training.

In addition, we develop trading systems for day traders, which customers can use through a provider of their choice and partially delegate buying and selling decisions at the stock market.

As a purely online company, we use digital media to establish and maintain contact with our customers. This also includes personal contact via phone, Zoom, or similar platforms.

We value long-term customer relationships and provide support to our customers in the same way we would like to be supported.

Responsibilities:

• Telephone acquisition and support of new and existing customers (60%)
• Maintenance and expansion of the German and English website (10%)
• Maintenance of the blog (20%)
• Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns (10%)

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English
• Ability to convince potential customers, acquired through the website, of our great product over the phone
• Proficient in using new media
• Enjoy working creatively and handling challenging tasks
• Enjoy communicating with people and actively promoting customer loyalty
• Affinity for the stock market is advantageous
