Job Description

Our Buying Team is responsible for purchasing all external brands and continuously expanding our brand portfolio. Our buyers are always on the lookout for the latest fashion and lifestyle trends.

As a (
Senior) Buyer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for purchasing external brands and constantly monitoring relevant KPIs.


Responsibilities

  • Independent purchasing of external brands while adhering to the planned purchasing budget and considering all relevant KPIs
  • Purchasing planning in coordination with the Head of Buying
  • Development, optimization, and management of the assortment
  • Conducting (and participating in) negotiations with suppliers
  • Monitoring of competition and market trends
  • Regular and proactive coordination with the merchandise management and conditions management

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business or textile management
  • At least four years of professional experience in independent purchasing of external brands
  • Strong analytical thinking and understanding of numbers
  • Several years of negotiation experience
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
  • Structured work style and reliability, even in times of high workload
  • Strong sense of trends and understanding of fashion, as well as a high affinity for sports
  • Handson mentality
  • Fluent in English, both
