Overview:

Tasks include:

  • Driving and tracking the actions within the Directorate Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
  • Lead and coordinate proficiency assessment
  • Assist management in the development of gap closure plans
  • Lead a team of organizational representatives to identify and address systemic issues
  • Host and mediate collaboration workshops in order to inform procedure updates
  • Develop endtoend maps for organization procedures in order to identify process strengths or weaknesses
  • Lead a plan to review the critical electrical engineering and design procedures that will identify where and what changes are needed to drive collaboration
  • Identify unused/obsolete procedures
  • Measure the progress and impacts of the organizational performances and process changes

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Arts degree
  • Demonstrated success in leading process or performance changes for an organization
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Familiar with electrical engineering design procedures and processes
  • Endtoend process mapping
  • Proficient in Six Sigma or other process improvement methods
