About the Role

• Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate estimates for roadway construction and asphalt paving projects.
• Solicit quotes from subcontractors and vendors to prepare competitive estimate packages.
• Prepare reports on estimating data as requested by management.

Duties & Responsibilities

The estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed final contract estimates primarily for Asphalt Paving and Roadway/Site Development Projects.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator who can effectively communicate with our team members to ensure project success. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in bid-engineering software such as HCSS software or other equivalent software.
