In this role, you will coordinate and lead audits in our credit operations, prepare audit reports, and present results, report content, and proposed solutions to various levels of management.

You will also lead a team of competent auditors and colleagues, ensuring the quality of audit-related documents without having disciplinary responsibility.

Additionally, you will provide a "consultative audit" approach by supporting different departments (e.g. in process design), accompanying projects, and conducting supportive audit activities.

You will continuously develop our methods, tools, and guidelines, analyze risks and weaknesses, and make improvement suggestions while monitoring the elimination of deficiencies.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the quality of our audit management system (e.g. REDIS) and participate in critical discussions and further development of audit fields, while ensuring a consistent reporting standard.
