Join us in shaping the energy supply of the future in Corriganville, MD As a transmission network operator, we are responsible for ensuring a secure supply of heat and electricity in the states of Baden-Württemberg and Hessen. With our 2,700 km long network, we transport gas from Niedersachsen to Lake Constance - around the clock. In order to successfully achieve the energy transition, a powerful gas transport infrastructure is needed - for municipal utilities in the region, for industry, commerce, and modern gas power plants. In the future, we will transport climate-neutral, green gases and hydrogen.

Our approximately 300 employees at nine locations in Baden-Württemberg and Hessen work together to further develop our business areas:
gas transport, telecommunications, and services.

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a
Head of Human Resources for our department of
Personnel Management at our Stuttgart location in the Central Services department, starting on January 1, 2024.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Leading the Personnel Management department and aligning it with future challenges
Developing our personnel recruitment and implementing modern recruiting tools
Our corporate strategy and strategic personnel planning provide the basis for shaping futureoriented personnel development and our competency management
