These are your responsibilities:

Support and represent the workshop management
Technical leadership of the workshop in operational business
Monitoring of deadlines, final inspection and handover of repairs
Ensuring work safety and order in the company
Personnel planning
Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of complex hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, transmissions and components on construction machinery
Retrofitting and partial installations in connection with hydraulic systems
Preparation of damage reports
Training of apprentices
What you bring:
Successfully completed training as a master of agricultural/construction machinery or comparable training (m/f/d)
Experience in the service sector with construction machinery
Good knowledge of engine technology, hydraulics and electronics
Confident handling of PC or laptop for work documentation and independent spare parts retrieval
Reliable and independent way of working
Enjoyment of teamwork
Time flexibility and physical resilience
