  • Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
  • Expanding business through new account development with a specialized focus on relationship building and client service.
  • Analyze requirements from clients/ Tier 1 vendors, assign and have a close follow with delivery teams.
  • Should have good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process with proven benchsales experience in US IT consulting industry.
  • Should have experience in rate negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
  • Develop a business plan, and sales strategy for growing revenue within accounts
  • Experience working in staffing domain
  • Handling IT clients & meeting hiring managers frequently in requirements gathering
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure all engagements are delivered
  • Experience working with Vendor management tools
  • Able to train other sales team within the company
  • Responsible for client relations and company growth with excellent communications

Pay:
$55, $80,000.00 per year
