- Event Travel Planning/Coordinating - This person coordinates all travel for aviation admin and recruiters for each event. Setting up rental vehicles, hotel reservations, flights to and from the event, and builds an itinerary for each person.
- Travel Coordination - coordinating with each person traveling to events to assure it works with their schedule and lines up with event dates.
- Supplies Shipping - Assisting in inventory, supplies tracking and working with supervisors to assure orders are started and awaiting their delivery.
- Event cost tracking - tracking all information for hangar events and recruiting / marketing events. (event costs, travel costs, locations, plus much more).
- Attending meetings and events - this position is in charge of arranging, setting up, and tearing down events at the hangar. Meetings around the hangar to help with department knowledge and event requests/ideas.
- Employee Moral Planning - this position is in charge of arranging aviation department employee morale. creating games or challenges to get employees engaged and excited to help boost productivity.

- Knowledge of Aviation Industry.
