    Job Description:

    This role entails managing marketing events both on and off campus. It's a part-time position responsible for organizing and overseeing travel arrangements for all events, as well as coordinating the setup and teardown of aviation hangar events.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Event Travel Planning/Coordinating - This person coordinates all travel for aviation admin and recruiters for each event. Setting up rental vehicles, hotel reservations, flights to and from the event, and builds an itinerary for each person.
    2. Travel Coordination - coordinating with each person traveling to events to assure it works with their schedule and lines up with event dates.
    3. Supplies Shipping - Assisting in inventory, supplies tracking and working with supervisors to assure orders are started and awaiting their delivery.
    4. Event cost tracking - tracking all information for hangar events and recruiting / marketing events. (event costs, travel costs, locations, plus much more).
    5. Attending meetings and events - this position is in charge of arranging, setting up, and tearing down events at the hangar. Meetings around the hangar to help with department knowledge and event requests/ideas.
    6. Employee Moral Planning - this position is in charge of arranging aviation department employee morale. creating games or challenges to get employees engaged and excited to help boost productivity.
    Education and Experience Requirements:

    Qualifications:
    1. Willingness to learn
    2. Demonstrate positive attitude, motivation, excellent time management skills.
    3. Excellent verbal, writing, and communication skills.
    4. Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Ability to work assigned /flexible hours necessary to complete the job.
    6. Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
    7. Ability to foster relationships with team members and industry professionals.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    1. Knowledge of Aviation Industry.
    2. High School Diploma.
    3. Live in local area.
    4. Event Planning/Travel Coordination Experience.
