Job Title:
Residential Sales Estimator Position for a company producing M$ in revenue

Responsibilities:_

• Make discovery calls to leads and prequalify and set appointments.
• Collaborate with sales team to understand project requirements and specifications
• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other project documentation to determine materials and labor requirements
• Research and obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors for materials and services
• Calculate and prepare accurate cost estimates for residential sales projects
• Present estimates to clients in a clear and professional manner
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, quotes, and project specifications Maintain CRM
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate scope and timely completion of projects
• Stay current on industry trends, pricing, and technology to continuously improve estimating processes

Pay:
$58, $68,000.00 per year
