Airstream is an industry leader in cleaning for the Midwest area. We are a rapidly growing company looking for quality individuals to join our team. Airstream is a well-grounded company with more than 20 years of quality customer service.

We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our office. This position is a full time position with benefits. Airstream offers health insurance, PTO and 401k.


Job Requirements:

  • Must be familiar with QuickBooks and able to process and create invoices.
  • Experience with computers and computer programs, Microsoft Office and Google Docs required.
  • Must be able to process payroll and make monthly and quarterly tax payments.
  • Must be able to manage a small team of administrative assistants, delegate task and ensure completion.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Prioritize time and complete task in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Must be able to work with Field Ops Manager.
  • Experience in office administration a minimum of 2years a plus.

Job Duties:

Office Manager performs administrative and office management tasks.


Responsibilities:

Accounts payables, Accounts Receivables, Payroll, monthly and quarterly sales tax payments and managing a small team of administrative assistants.

Experience with accounting functions a plus.


Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
