Job Summary:

The Mill Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring the quality of products, and maintaining a safe work environment.

This position is a temp to hire position. Benefits and other company perks will be available once 520 hours are worked. Early morning shift. Monday - Thursday hour shifts). Fridays and overtime when necessary (Depending on company needs). Training for position will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor milling machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and cutting
Inspect machinery to ensure proper functioning
Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
Perform routine machine maintenance
Monitor production output and quality
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

Experience with press brake machines and mechanical knowledge preferred
Proficiency in press operation, programming, machining, GD&T, and assembly preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Able to lift at least 90 pounds
Able to work in a hot environment for 1012 hour shifts.
Ability to use hand tools
Ability to stand for a long period of time
