Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your role will involve engaging in educational activities, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their social and emotional development.

Duties:

Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
Plan and implement ageappropriate activities to stimulate cognitive, physical, and social development
Create a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, and rest periods
Foster positive relationships with children and their families
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including sanitizing toys and equipment regularly
Observe children's behavior and document any concerns or milestones
Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment

Experience:

Previous experience in early childhood education, infant care, or childcare settings is preferred
Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
Familiarity with classroom management techniques
Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
Experience working with children of various ages (infants, toddlers, preschoolers)
Previous babysitting or daycare experience is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
