Charmed LA is a female-owned custom jewelry store, but with an interactive twist. We believe in the power of beauty and self-expression and we provide the perfect place to achieve both.

In contrast to other jewelry shops, our store would provide an experience where customers can enter our space to design their own masterpiece, whether it be a necklace, anklet or bracelet.

At Charmed LA, the customer is the artist.

At our shop, customers begin by choosing from our collection of hundreds of curated pieces, starting with their chain, then picking out their individual charms, and completing assembly at our "charm bar" work station, where we provide all the tools needed to build your personally hand-made creation.

Our goal with this space is to lay down roots as the leading custom charm jewelry shop in all of Los Angeles.

Whether it be a birthday, holiday or anniversary, customers are sure to leave satisfied with their personalized keepsake.


Charm Assembler/Associate

Duties:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory and ensure displays are wellstocked and organized
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:

• Assembling charms on various chain sizes
• Ability to sell products and persuade customers to make purchases
• Organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep displays tidy
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
