Role
We're looking for an ambitious video editor to create high quality YouTube content for multiple unique clients.

You will be in charge of creating captivating content that engages the audience and represents the story the client is telling in a dynamic way.

You report directly to the Operations Manager and will work closely with the production and post-production team. You will deliver insights into viral content to the short form team. Your primary objective is to increase the subscribers, views, and engagement of your clients YouTube content. You are an excellent leader, communicator, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.


Responsibilities

• Editing 4 YouTube videos per week (2 Podcasts; 2 Vlog)
• Contribute to Prepackaging (title and thumbnail concepts) for your videos
• Track performance and review retention data of your edits
• Pay close attention to comments

Results

• We will ensure clients unique brands are well represented
• We will build a 3 week buffer for our clients YouTube content
• We will increase our clients video output to 1 per week
• Consistently maintain over 5:00 AVD
• We will increase average videos CTR
• We will increase overall engagement of videos
• We will increase total subscribers consistently

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the YouTube space storytelling, pacing, and strategy
• Versatility with multiple video formats (talking head, vlog, podcast)
• Strong motion graphics background
• Experience with sound design and leveling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success on YouTube as the editor for a growing channel
• Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in Telegram)
• Willing to work in a fastpaced environment with an openness to change
• 1 year of relevant experience in YouTube video production

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Experience:

Final Cut Pro: 1 year (preferred)
Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
