Operations Manager: Back-Office Wealth Management

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee the entire mandate process and contribute to its further development.
  • You will advise our senior partners on managing their mandates.
  • You will maintain relationships with our custodian banks.
  • You will conduct continuous quality management.
  • You will provide training on processes and procedures as part of onboarding new partners.
  • You will drive the development of digital processes in the Operations department with your ideas and concepts, together with the entire team.

Profile

  • Completed degree, preferably in a business-related field, or banking training with relevant banking qualifications.
  • You are familiar with standard banking processes, procedures, and products and have a strong passion for securities or asset management.
  • Goal-oriented approach and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, thorough, and responsible work ethic.
  • Confident demeanor, excellent social skills, hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, and a desire to achieve as a team.
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills.
