    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Flex Staff Coordinator at ShirleyRyan AbilityLab!

    • Analyze and organize office operations and procedures efficiently.
    • Maintain personnel records and assist in performance review process.
    • Develop systems for record keeping, retrieval, and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
    • Model standards for behavior and productivity.
    • Provide excellent customer service and perform various administrative tasks.
    • Process documentation and perform basic bookkeeping functions.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Monitor supplies and equipment inventory.
    • Complete data reporting and other assigned duties.
    Reporting Relationships:
    • Reports directly to the Nurse Manager of Flex.
    Requirements:
    • Associates Degree in business or related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Two to three years of office experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and keyboarding skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
    Working Conditions: Normal office environment with minimal exposure to dust or extreme temperatures.
