Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Transcribe notes and documents as needed
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Provide support to the office staff as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Skills:

• Prefer experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in a medical office is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Fast learner
• Ability to work selfsufficiently on tasks is a must
• Bilingual

Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
