    Description

    Provides developmentally appropriate clinical care and advocacy for patients and families by applying knowledge and skill that promotes healing, prevents significant developmental disruption, and reduces psychological stress.

    6 FTE (48 hours per bi-weekly pay periods) Day Shift position with hours expected during the week and on Saturdays.

    Bachelor's degree in Child Life, Child Development or related field.

    ~ Must obtain Certified Child Life Specialist certification within one year of employment.

    ~ Completed an internship of a minimum of 600 hours of child life clinical experience under the direct supervision of a Certified Child Life Specialist.

    ~ Experience working with infants, toddlers, school-age children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.

    Must obtain Certified Child Life Specialist certification within one year of employment.


    Min to Max Hourly Salary:
    $This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
