Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) at the Danville Customer Center The BGV Badische Versicherungen Group is the leading insurer in Baden with top insurance concepts for municipalities and municipal companies, the public sector, as well as private and commercial customers.

We are looking for you to join our Sales Department as a full-time Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) at our Rastatt, Offenburg, or Mannheim Customer Centers as soon as possible.

Your tasks - how you will help us move forward: You will be responsible for the support and advice of our customers in the composite insurance sector.

You will handle information and service inquiries from our customers. You will assist our customers with claims processing. You will participate in customer telephone calls and scheduling of customer appointments. You will handle administrative tasks within the customer center. You will participate in information and training events.

Your personality - this is what sets you apart: You have completed training as an insurance and financial services salesman (m/f/d) or insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a similar commercial training.

You have previous experience in sales or customer advisory roles. You are customer-oriented and service-oriented. Your efficient and goal-oriented work style allows you to work independently and take responsibility.

You have a strong sense of quality and a quick grasp, allowing you to quickly familiarize yourself with new situations.
