JOB DESCRIPTION

Supports and assists the community manager in overseeing and managing the financial facets of the community by completing the daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community.
Completes daily tasks such as collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing daily bank deposits and reconciling bank accounts, preparing financial reports, and processing invoices and payables.
Operates the property management system (Yardi/OneSite) accurately and takes necessary steps to ensure system integrity.
Reviews resident files and accounting records to determine outstanding balances, communicates with residents on overdue payments, and enforces lease agreements to maximize revenue.
Follows established procedures for evictions, including proper notices, eviction processes, and court representation if needed.
Completes various accounting, financial, administrative reports, and other assigned duties.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Subject to change depending on business needs)

Job Requirements: 1+ years of experience with Ops or invoicing

The hourly range for this position is $19.18 to $28.89 (Santa Monica, CA).

Company Compensation:

In addition to base salary, corporate positions may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on individual and company performance.
Onsite property positions may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on budget.
