    Description

    Client Overview: Our client, a high-end luxury retailer, is looking for a Recruiter to join their team in Boca Raton, Florida for the Southeast market.

    Must have luxury retail recruiting experience.

    Role Overview: The Recruiter for the Southeast market will collaborate with HR and retail leaders to implement creative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top retail talent.

    Recruiter Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategic initiatives for recruiting talent and plan key staffing initiatives
    • Source and identify candidates, attract top talent, and implement innovative sourcing techniques to develop relationships
    • Build strong relationships with business leaders and establish connections with new partners
    • Act as a primary contact for recruitment and advise on best practices for talent acquisition
    • Conduct detailed screenings and evaluate potential candidates
    • Work with various teams to enhance practices and stay updated on industry trends

    Recruiter Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5-7+ years of professional recruiting experience
    • Understanding of talent acquisition trends and best practices
    • Proficient in applicant tracking technology and Microsoft applications
    • Background in retail, consumer products, or service industry preferred
    • Prior experience in high volume recruitment
