• Assist the agency's clients with their personal care needs in accordance with the care plan and qualifications (CNA/PCP/HHA).
• Assist clients with activities of daily living in a safe and beneficial manner such as going shopping, dining, social events
• Take clients to appointments or to run errands as needed
• Effectively communicate with clients, coworkers and authorized care personnel.

• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility is desirable.
• Ability to function with mínimal supervision.
• Ability to accept personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with the client.
• Will maintain skills and learning on an ongoing process.

• Use our smart phone app to keep track of your work schedule, shift responsibilities, communicate with the office and family and much more.
