We are currently looking for a Forklift Operator / Material Handler to:

Follow instructions, drawings, and route cards to operate a power forklift truck for transporting materials, equipment, die components, and castings needed for production.
Identify, sort, and transport materials to their designated locations.
Store, retrieve materials, and update inventory records.
Maintain forklift equipment, keep records, and report malfunctions to the Supervisor.
Organize the department and holding areas efficiently.
Complete department paperwork accurately, including material movement information.
Assist with general labor to support production and material flow.
Participate in department work groups.
Have knowledge and experience with forklifts, cranes, and hoists, and preferably possess a current forklift certification.
Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination and understanding of manufacturing material flow.
Ability to follow written and verbal procedures.
Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
