Position Summary:


The BCBA Supervisor will provide support to the Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Program Manager (PM) staff members, clients, and their families, by coordinating and providing Applied BehaviorAnalysis services, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition, and behavior reduction procedures.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct and complete all aspects of a Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) for clients from birth to 12years of age. FBA observations and assessments will be completed directly in the client's home, and in applicable social/community environments.
  • Conduct assessments tools (e.g., Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, DAY-C, etc.) and other supplemental assessments based on the need of the client
  • Provide ongoing clinical oversight for client caseload, and monitor client progress towards skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) based on appropriate scope and sequence of client goals, while in consideration of client skill set, developmental age, and chronological age
  • Provide direct case supervision to PMs, BTs, and RBTs. Ongoing data collection and monitoring of staff performance, and utilization of objective data for development of staff development goals
  • Utilize Behavior Skills Training (BST) to support and facilitate staff training, caregiver training, and for introducing/supporting client goals.
  • Provide parent training based on the principles of ABA.
  • Provide training and supervision to PMs, BTs, and RBTs as outlined in the BCBA Supervision Contract to meet BACB task list supervision requirements
  • Ensure 85100% fulfillment of authorized client hours for your assigned caseload
  • Minimize cancellations of scheduled sessions for your assigned caseload. BCBA Supervisor will make every effort to locate substitutes for therapist call out and/or provide direct therapy if a substitute BT is not available
  • Open and receptive to feedback from the Staff Support Manager and Clinical Director to support your clinical and professional growth within the company
  • Complete client reporting in alignment with report due dates, both internally for the company and in alignment for funding source requirements
  • Report to the clinical office approximately 12 times per month for Clinical Supervision meetings with the Director and ongoing All Staff Trainings

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:


  • Minimum of 3years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with Autism, and a minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor within the ABA field
- *Minimum experience qualifications may be adjusted at the sole discretion of the Executive Team, while ensuring alignment with experience standards requirements of the funding source

  • Strong administrative skills (i.e., tracking assignment due dates, completion of work products based on due date, oversight of PM administrative skills, etc.), with a working knowledge of common scheduling and billing practices in the ABA field
  • Must demonstrate skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clients
  • Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of patients (age, race, ethnicity, etc.)
  • Be highly flexible and agile (client location, client type, client programming, caseload staffing, caseload assignment, driving assignments, etc.). Tree Ring is an inhome service provider.
  • Be highly collaborative, teamoriented and customer service driven
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and be receptive to feedback from the Staff Support Manager and Clinical Director.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive within a 35mile radius of your home residence to provide inhome services to clients in your territory.

Licensing/Credential and/or Educational Requirements:


  • Current and unrestricted BCBA certification from the BACB
  • Must possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field

Pay:
$72, $83,000.00 per year
