As a
Clinical Scholar Coach, you will experience the honor of partnering with Wily Scholars throughout their college experience - supporting them in identifying and working towards their goals, managing challenges and celebrating their successes in real time.
We are looking for a coach who can build and maintain authentic relationships with students and walk with them throughout their college journeys.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of professional experience with traumainformed care, collaborative and strengthbased approaches
- Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or M.Ed in Counseling) or equivalent license not required
- Must have a car or reliable means of transportation to see Wily Scholars in person on a variety of campuses and to attend in person meetings in the Newton office whenever required.

Pay:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
