Your Responsibilities
- Performing activating basic care according to given standards and care concept
- Assisting nursing staff in carrying out medical orders within the scope of the individual authorization certificate for the care assistant
- Carrying out preventive measures
- Observing and reporting any abnormalities of the patient to the professionals
- Providing general assistance with daily activities
- Regularly updating care documentation
Your Profile
- Relevant professional experience in the field of care is advantageous, but also possible for career changers
- Understanding of the situation of elderly and care-dependent people and their relatives
- Communication skills, social competence, empathy
- Teamwork
- Performance and resilience
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Identification with the tasks and goals of the Catholic Church
