The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider for the federal government, providing the necessary spaces and buildings for almost all federal authorities.

As such, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a diverse and colorful real estate portfolio, as well as the ecological use and maintenance of federal natural areas.

For these versatile and responsible tasks, we are looking for innovative minds who think and act sustainably.

Our Facility Management department builds, operates, and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and diverse objects - from ministries in Berlin and Bonn, to federal courts and research institutions, to buildings for customs, federal police, the military, and the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW).

In dialogue with our clients, we are shaping the path towards climate-neutral real estate management.
