for the ARD Kontraste editorial team in Berlin/Potsdam:

KONTRASTE, the political magazine of rbb on ARD, stands for reliable political and socio-political information from public broadcasting: investigative, analytical, critical.

The editorial team is part of the rbb's chief editorial office.

Your tasks:

-
Uncovering: You conduct investigative research, independently produce film contributions and texts, and also lead research teams.
-
Coordinating: As the editor-in-chief (occasionally), you coordinate the KONTRASTE team from finding topics to final approval for live broadcast.

Developing: You bring in new ideas, topics, and perspectives and drive development in both linear and non-linear formats.

Your profile:

Journalist with relevant, extensive professional experience in the field of political magazines, completed studies and/or journalistic training, and:

Strong investigative profile with several years of expertise in the field of extremism, as well as experience in producing contributions for political magazines
Team player with strong social skills, high resilience, and excellent general knowledge
Strong sense of drama, proficiency in writing (magazine contributions, as well as reports and documentaries for the media library)
Excellent knowledge of political magazines in public broadcasting
