During your apprenticeship, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of banking. This will be done through practical experience as well as theoretical training at vocational school and seminars at the Academy of Bavarian Cooperatives. You will learn how to advise our customers on all financial matters - from checking accounts to savings accounts, stocks, building savings, and insurance. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will also work in various internal areas of the bank. We not only expect your full commitment, but we also provide support. You will have on-site training supervisors and mentors who will assist you with any questions or topics.
