Esporta Fitness is a globally recognized name when it comes to health and fitness. The role of
Weekend General Manager is crucial to the success of our clubs.

They are responsible for helping the General Manager in hiring, developing and mentoring the club sales staff and with that staff, achieving membership sales goals.


The purpose of this position is to train and groom our next line of successful General Managers. Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus as well as previous sales and marketing experience but it is not needed We will train you and give you all the tools needed to be successful at this position.

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to advance. You receive paid sick and vacation time as well as full medical, vision, and dental benefits.
You are paid through a base salary, commissions from sales, and bonus opportunities based on the club sales performance. You receive a complimentary LA Fitness/Esporta Fitness membership for you and a friend with your employment with us that you can use during your lunch break and off days


Your day to day responsibilities include phone calls, touring prospective members around the club, lead generation, visiting local businesses for marketing purposes, and attending local events as an Esporta Fitness representative to distribute guest passes and spread your passion for fitness


What we are looking for:
Hard working individuals dedicated to improving people's lives through fitness. Must be coachable, reliable, punctual, and okay working weekends.

Pay:
$ $2,000.00 per week


Shift:

  • 10 hour shift

  • Every weekend

  • This position requires working both Saturday and Sunday. Your role is the weekend manager. Once we fully train you on your management/sales skills and you show us you can manage the club on the weekends we will look to move you into a General Manager role once one is available.
