Description

Point Ready Mix seeks a detail-oriented individual to work at our central dispatch center in Kenosha, WI.

We are a locally managed ready mix concrete company with 8 locations and over 100 trucks.


Responsibilities:

• Receive and schedule concrete orders and direct deliveries using industry software
• Gracefully handle heavy phone traffic
• Optimize delivery efficiency
• Establish professional relationships with customers
• Learn and comprehend technical aspect of our products
• Work as part of a dispatch team focused on customer service
• Understand and interpret union contracts as they relate to driver pay rules and scheduling
• Communicate and work well with others as a team including sales and quality control

Other:
Prior dispatch experience required

• Strong computer, math and phone skills are essential
• Knowledge of areas in Northern Illinois west to Rockford and Southeast Wisconsin a must
• Must be able to work flexible hours

No Sundays, Saturday rotation limited to 1 Saturday per month

Pay:
Up to $65,000.00 per year
