Your tasks:

Creating invoices for consignment warehouse customers
Credit notes and followup billing for various settlements
Shipping notifications in various portals
Delivery advice to customers in various customer portals
Maintenance of the internal document management system

Your profile:

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in a similar position is desirable, but not a requirement
Independent, structured and resultsoriented way of working
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are essential
Good English language skills in spoken and written form are desirable
