Description

Amazon is seeking a proactive, customer service obsessed and team-oriented Executive Assistant to support two HR Directors, and key members of the team in Amazon Devices & Services.

This position will also assist in planning and facilitating internal activities and projects to support the HR team.

The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining great flexibility.

The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment. The candidate will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision.

Key to the position is the ability to be organized, prioritized and on time while also serving as a "go to" for all members of this extended team.

The position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping abreast of general business objectives, policies, standards, services, facilities, procedures and related information to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization.

Key job responsibilities

Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
Drive team logistics, including staff meeting agendas, allteam meeting agendas, social outings, supply ordering, and other key logistics.
Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
Schedule cost effective travel (domestic and international).
Complete and file expense reports; utilizing both domestic and international currencies.
Identify and coordinate most productive and costeffective method for meetings including in person, onsite, offsite, audio conferences (international, stateside and local) and video conferences.
Close collaboration with departmental EA peers, as well as EAs for Vice-Presidents and Senior Vice-Presidents.
Plan engaging and meaningful volunteering events for employees.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fastpaced, hightech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $59,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company.
