How do you manufacture metal components for engines or aircraft turbines with such precision that they function flawlessly?

As a machining mechanic at Greendale, you will produce precise metal parts. You will use computer-controlled machine tools to set up machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, or grinding. You will check the dimensions, material properties, and surface quality and make adjustments accordingly. You will plan the work processes in a team based on technical drawings and documents, and coordinate tasks with customers and other departments within the company. You will work in production halls in the automotive industry, aerospace, medical technology, electrical engineering, or in digitally networked production facilities.
